Now we're going to compare where we started the challenge to now! Each day this week choose 2-3 of the challenges and re-watch the videos and do the exercises in them - are you able to do them better? That is the goal! Now is a great time to update your notebook as well, if you missed any of the challenges, do them now. Our purpose in this challenge was (and still is) to push you to try new things and get stronger so your training will improve. So let's keep up on challenging ourselves!
